Community Care Direct Ltd is experienced in providing a 24-hour care service for clients who need a responsible presence in their homes at all times.

Full-time service

We’ll provide a dedicated team of carers who can respond to all of a client’s particular needs, including:

• All personal care
• Administration of medication
• Meal preparation
• ‘Tuck-in’ and ‘wake-up’ services
• Light domestic tasks. 

Whether full-time care is needed for a short period only or for a longer time, our clients and their loved ones can be assured of the highest standard of services from our experienced professionals at all times.
