Community Care Direct Ltd. is an established Care Company that was established in October 2004, to provide a high quality of care service for the residents and medical professionals in the Southport, Lancashire and surrounding areas.

When Community Care Direct Ltd. was initially set up, we listened to the views and requests of the Service Users and medical professionals alike and realised that what was needed was a service that could provide continuity of care, reliability, and cost effectiveness whilst remaining sympathetic to the Service User.

To date, Community Care Direct Ltd. have met all these requests and will continue to do so.
