Community Care Direct Ltd. can provide female carers, we can also arrange for a male carer to attend, however a strict policy is in place where we would only supply a male staff member it it is requested by the Service User. We would never send a male member of staff to a female Service User.

We work closely alongside the Distinct Nurses and Doctors and provide a service to the Rapid Response Team which operates from Southport and Formby District General Hospital. The Local Health Authority also engage Community Care Direct Ltd. to provide palliative care to the terminally ill in their own homes.

Community Care Direct Ltd. can provide a service from throughout Lancashire and Merseyside.

• Daily personal care. This includes Bathing, Showering, Assistance with getting up in the morning and assistance with getting ready for bed in the evening.
• Meal preparation. Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, Supper
• Prompting of medication.

• Doctor and Hospital appointments.
• Day Sits.
• Night Sits. Awakening and Sleep-ins.
• Home Help Services - Shopping, Ironing, Cleaning.
• Community Care Direct Ltd. specialise in full 24 hour care in your own home.
• Community Care Direct Ltd. supply Bank Staff to Nursing Homes and Residential Homes.
